[Cave-survey-archive] symbol fint

I am attaching a Word document which is the key to the proposed CAVE_M
symbol font.

Also the font itself.

The document explains how to load the font into Windows.

I have attributed authorship to this group to give it an early win.

Subject to any comments anyone has the next step would be to expose it to
the mining history community who will probably have plenty of obs.
