Our expertise in ARMLinux development on a range of platforms means we can give effective technical support. We have access to a wide range of platforms here and have experience of more. As a developers new to ARMLinux you may find it reassuring to have someone to ask about how things work, even if you don't actually need it that much, and it will help to mitigate the risk of product development.
We can supply phone or email support, and will do our best to help you out with whatever ARMLinux problems you have, only charging you for the time we use working on the problem. If the support front-line don't know the answer we can pass it round the team. If we know we haven't the foggiest we'll say so and try to suggest somewhere/someone that might be able to help. Response time will typically be within 24 hours (during the working week) for simple questions, or up to a couple of days if it requires significant research.
We can arrange contracts to suit your requirements, but our normal scheme is as follows: you buy some hours up front (2 minimum) and then just mail or phone with queries as they come up. We'll tell you when your pre-paid hours start to run out we tell you so you can buy some more if you still find the service useful.
