The 'GNU Toolchain for ARM targets HOWTO' is available in html and pdf forms.
Having been extracted from a book chapter, some parts of this doc assume you have the associated CD, and there are a few things about the document generation process that produce slightly odd results. These imperfections will be fixed in due course, but this doc is still very useful and the old version really did need an update, so I've put this up 'as is' for the time being.
