The addition of the Temperature sensor to the GSR2 instrument makes it useful in situations where your goal is to control blood circulation. This may be to treat migraine, where Biofeedback allows you to raise the temperature of a finger, which has been found to be helpful to migraine sufferers, who learn to abort imminent attacks of migraine. It is also used to relieve dysmenorrhea and Raynaud's syndrome.

The GSR2 instrument is small and simple and does the same things as the Relaxometers; it is quieter, and good for one person to use on their own, but less useful when two people want to hear it. Its size and its little earpieces make it easy to carry around and use in everyday situations at work, or flying, or playing sports, or whenever you feel you are under pressure. It has a loudspeaker, a pair of earpieces and a Frequency adjustment control.
